Corrections Log

This is a public record of every correction made to articles published on Get Tax Relief Now. We maintain this log because accountability requires more than a policy; it requires a record.

How to Read This Log

Each entry includes the date of the correction, the article that was corrected, a description of the error, a description of the correction, and the tier classification as defined in our corrections policy. Only tier 1 and tier 2 corrections are logged here. Tier 3 corrections (minor errors like typos and broken links) are fixed in place and do not appear in this log.

Tier 1

  • Factual error with potential to cause reader harm
  • A wrong deadline, a wrong dollar amount, or a wrong legal requirement
  • Corrected immediately, with a correction notice added to the top of the article

Tier 2

  • Contextual error that could mislead readers
  • A missing limitation, an incomplete context, or a characterization that omits material information
  • Corrected promptly, with a clarification notice added to the article

Entries are listed in reverse chronological order, most recent first.

This log is current as of the date shown at the top of this page. No corrections have been issued to date. This section will be updated as corrections are made.
